A minor cosmetic addition to the Kasrkin shoulder pads in the form of a winged skull.

Nothing spectacular, just a minor cosmetic addition to the Kasrkins. I figured the Kasrkins should have some type of shoulder marking since the Guardsmen have one.
Whether it's fluffy or not, I don't know. But I like it and thought I'd share with you all.
Changes made: added "winged skull" to right shoulder pad.
