With the introduction of Winter Assault, Relic brought in glowing skulls on the shoudler pads of Space Marines who have Bionics upgrades. This patch removes the glow and the skulls to make the Marines look more normal again
This mod appears to be fully online-compatible, and has been tested out by Hangar-8 and several other users.
File contents: readme and patched "Upgrade FX" files to remove the glow.
