An alternate version of the Battle Commissar who doesn't have a mantle/cloak.
From the author:
A friend who asked me to do this also asked me if I couldn't make a Commissar version without a Mantle. So I tried that to, not only because he asked me, that was something I always wanted to do. The hanging Mantle look sometimes just ugly.
Changes:
- The scar in his face has been removed
- Plate armour and medals replaced with a full battle armour
- The top of the cap is now secondary colour instead of black
- Trousers are in secondary colour with a pattern in primary and trim 2
- Left slash removed
- Armour colour is primary
- Boots have primary colour
- Mantle removed
