Changes the Force Commander so that he more closely fits with the rest of the Space Marines from his Chapter.
From the author: Originally it was a personal prefrence thing but a few of my friends suggested I release it so here it is. I used Hanger-8's golden eagle skin as a base for the hard colored gold so credit to him for that.
Changes: Shoulder pad is now secondary color, Cape is red instead of black.
