An updated banner texture with fixes for some of the pixel collisions that occur on the default texture.
Pixel collisions are where two colours appear on more than one colour layer. In certain situations these show up as fluorescent colours, and a number of Dawn of War textures have been fixed for this problem. mdcertainty's Sisters of Battle flag fix is just the latest.
