Two new downloads pending - not following guidelines

Two new downloads have been added by two separate individual this weekend. While the game content of both appears suitable for approval the readmes do not contain all of the information required in the submission guidelines.
As yet another reminder to everyone, all downloads must follow the submission guidelines or else they will not be approved.
The guidelines are there to help the submission process and to help the community. There are many times that someone has wanted to make an improvement or change to a great texture, but have been able to do so because the author no longer visits forums. There are also the situations where people want to know what they've downloaded days or more after they've downloaded it.
It is for these reasons that the guidelines were put in place. They are there for a reason and will remain. If you are an artists/skinner/submission author and want your work to be approved and made available then please put in the extra few minutes effort to make sure your download complies with the submission guidelines.
