Approved Redistributors
As stated in the readme files of some of the newer downloads, there may occasionally be exceptions to the restriction on redistribution of exclusive content. The following is the current list of which sites are allowed to redistribute which items:
- The "Black Crusade" mod is allowed to redistribute the Dark Crusade version of the Uber Painter mod for Dark Crusade within its mod.
- CD Projekt (www.gram.pl), the Polish publisher of Dawn of War: Winter Assault, is allowed to redistribute the Halved Marines Mod and the Winter Assault Hotfix on their member site.
All redistribution rights are conditional on credit being given within the mod or download. Note that giving credit does not mean you are allowed to redistribute files - you must ask for permission first and then, when approved, include credit.
Please note that this doesn't mean that you can't link to a download page, just that you can't redistribute the files in part or in whole.
