Removes teamcolorable parts of psyker to make it look like the campaign psyker

I've always wanted non-teamcolorable command squad units because I always thought it looked off how the 412th Cadian in Winter Assault and the 1st Kronus Regiment in Dark Crusade and Soulstorm get command squad commanders this look with default colors. I'd thought I'd share this with the community so other like-minded Dawn of War fans could benefit from me finally figuring out how to make custom skins.
