I don't know why but it doesn't appear in skirmish.
Reply from IBBoard: If it doesn't appear in parts where you can pick your colour scheme (e.g. Skirmish, but not Campaign) then this normally means that either you don't have it in the correct place, or some other texture is overriding it (e.g. you put it in W40K but you're playing Soulstorm, and Soulstorm re-textures the model).
