Reply from IBBoard: Unfortunately, adding a servo-arm requires modelling, which is beyond the scope of a skin and may cause synching issues with online games.
If you want an 'Iron Hands' look, use the skins. If you want a 'real' Iron Hands army then all you can do is look for a Mod that is making them as a separate race.
