Codex Chaplain added

With work soon to begin on a fully updated Winter Assault version of the Halved Marines Mod and Quartered Marine Mod, I needed to update the Chaplain texture to something closer to the Codex colours so that he was ready to be converted into Halved and Quartered versions.
This work (the basic Codex Chaplain) is now available for download, and makes a perfect companion to the Codex Apothecary and Librarian.
