Multi-version downloads fixed

If you've downloaded any files from Skins@HWT in the last few days that have multiple versions then there's a reasonable probability that you got the wrong version of the file. I've been making some changed to the backend code for the site and a bug slipped in with the updated download mechanism.
It's all fixed now and versioned downloads should now be serving the correct version!
