New Dark Crusade hero icons

Newly released today are two sets of hero icons for Dark Crusade. The original set of Dark Crusade hero icons were created by mdcertainty using screenshots from the game. Diviator has then updated the icons to create a set of Dark Crusade hero icons with frames.
Additionally, some minor changes have been made to rearrange and clarify the download categories. The General Dawn of War category now includes all graphical changes, while the Pattern Switcher is now in the Miscellaneous category along with the Winter Assault desktops.
