Texture Tool v1.8 released

It may only have been a few hours since the release of v1.7.5, but having looked at some textures that have been sent in for hosting it appears that some people end up with bloated WTP files because the Texture Tool included all relevant TGA files, whether they were useful or not.
Until now the Texture Tool had never checked the content of the file to see if it was a blank texture layer that the texturer had just not deleted. The new Dawn of War Texture Tool v1.8 now checks the data as it reads it in. Any file with no pixel higher than 2% brightness (i.e. any file where all colouring has been removed, but the file has not been deleted) will now be skipped, potentially reducing file sizes.
This still isn't a perfect solution, as some texturers may just paint the areas of the _dirt image white and negate all of the team colouring of a layer that way, but it's the beginnings of compiled texture optimisation.
