Updated Lamenters Mod

TelBoy has just recently sent me an update of his Lamenters Mod. The majority of the mod remains the same, and both Dawn of War and Winter Assault are still supported, but the Force Commander has been updated and the Terminators have been returned!

Thanks to Telboy for contributing his mod and letting us mirror it.
