Description: A new look Chaos Lord, complete with flayed skin cape

This is for the texture request section on the Relic Adeptus Forum ( Thanks for that thread Sir on Edge). Someone had a request in for a specific Chaos lord look.

Changes:

Cape changed to look like it is made from bits of flayed skin.
Dried blood added to the scythe
Badge is now shown on the back banner
