A more decorated version of the Space Marines with extra glow effects and Artificer decorations, based on some conversions of tabletop models

List of changes:
- Added fake glow effect under eyes and on part of the leg
- Added new textures to shoulder pads, leg, chest and belly (Just like I saw them on 1 SM conversion)
- Changed some color aligns (I wont mention it here, too much of it)
About the fake glow effect: It doesnt look good on very bright and saturated primary color.

Note: the description contained within the download is not true-to-fluff, however the skin itself is still great.
