An update to MadMaffMan's Black Templar Neophyte that gives a correct sized badges.
Due to the limitations of Beroc's WTP tool, MadMaffMan's original Neophytes had a shrunken badge. The Dawn of War Texture Tool solves the problem that caused the compressed badge, and so MadMaffMan has updated the texture to correct the problem.
