Description: A Black Templars colour scheme file for Dawn of War.

In Dawn of War, the Black Templars Space Marines have a Chapter Badge but they have no colour scheme or banner, and the badge itself is grey. This colour scheme uses the blank badge (until I create a black one) and the Inquisitorial banner.
