A fixed version of the Dark Eldar banner without the pixel clash and with an improved appearance of the chosen banner image.

- Fixed pixel collisions
- Dirt-layer modified for a better colour display
- Reduced/deleted alpha channel (default layer) in some areas for the benefit of a better visibility of the banner art
