A Commissar texture similar to the campaign texture and the Golden Eagles Space Marines.

This is a great alternative to my Battle Commissar skin. It's a so called Golden Commissar. My goal was it, because I thought some people will like it, to introduce a Commissar very similar to the one from the Winter Assault Campaign. Of cause I did some changes:
- Everything that was shiny or Trim is now fixed with a golden colour
- All colourable parts are now black or red
- The top of the cap is now Secondary
- The Weapon still has weapon colour (I hope you can separate your Commissars from the enemy one)
- Scar removed (Sorry, I hate it)
If you wish I can make a totally WA Campaign Commissar (without my minor changes, so that he only uses gold and commissars red), just request it.
