The Iron Knights colour scheme is taken from Codex: Eye of Terror, page 16.
From the author:
The Iron Knights are supposed to have their chapter symbol on a small shield guard in front of their left shoulder. The badge tries to emulate that. The other badge uses the cross from the banner.
