A slightly modified Land Raider texture that fits with Mel Danes' table top army

I have done this so that the in-game units will match my tabletop units. This release is the 0.5 because I hope to revise it and do some work once I get some feedback from the community.
Paintable areas:
- Emblems and Icons stay, they are not Army Painter compatable.
- Primary color is used on the axle covers.
- Trim is now the "fenders"
