A commissar skin (based on Diviator's Golden Commissar) which gives him a more ornate and imperial feel.

New commissar skin (based on Diviator's Golden Commissar) which gives a more ornate and imperial feel to the commissar. based on new games workshop models, this commissar comes complete with an ornate chest plate and power sword.
Changes:
- Everything that was shinny is now a burnished golden colour
- All colourbale parts are now black or Commissar red
- Commissar now wears a chestplate with imperial design features
- Sword has been re-skinned to give the impression of a power sword (most TT commissar models can carry these)
- The Weapon has still weapon-colour
- Scar removed
