Corrects the shoulderpad of the 1.3 style Force Commander to be inline with normal Space Marines
This change was made by Relic in the 1.4 version of the Force Commander texture, but the official change also added lots of extra perma-gold that many people don't like.
With this Force Commander texture chapters like the Space Wolves and Black Templars, who have Secondary coloured shoulder pads on the Space Marines, can now also have Secondary coloured shoulder pads on their Force Commanders! A simple but important little change.
