A younger and simplified Force Commander without most of his extra trim and regalia.

Changes to layers:
Default: Alpha'd out the pistol holster, the cape, the chest rope and the decals on the kneepad
Primary: Moved the chest plate onto it
Secondary: Moved the left shoulder onto it
Trim: Added the sword handle, moved the right kneepad onto it
Weapon: Nothing
Eyes: Added gem in sword
This texture also uses a younger, blonde version of the Force Commander's head.
