Added detail and team colourable patterning and trim for the Space Marine Terminators.

This file will change all terminators to look like the ones in the screenshot enclosed. This texture will accept teamcolors and badges, but differently than the original:
- new crux terminatus, adapted from the belt buckle [from WarpArtefacts]
- gemstones on crux terminatus change with eye color
- added purity seals to left shoulder pad (not team colorable)
- both shoulders have trim that changes with the trim color
- winged skull on chest is always gold w/ silver skull (as it should be! ;-P)
- added gold skull to powerfist
- added wreath to powerfist that changes with teamcolor
- touched up eye glow
- added "years of service pips" under right eye that change with trim color
- added imperial eagle on forehead that changes with trim color
- right shoulder pad design changes with primary, secondary, trim and weapon colors
- added scroll under badge on right shoulder (not team colorable)
- checked pattern on flamer changes with trim and weapon colors
- added flames to the assault cannon housing that change with trim color
- added crux terminatus to top of hull
